Blurb

These Royals will ruin you.

Easton Royal has it all: looks, money, intelligence. His goal in life is to have as much fun as possible. He never thinks about the consequences because he doesn’t have to.

Until Hartley Wright appears, shaking up his easy life. She’s the one girl who’s said no, despite being attracted to him. Easton can’t figure her out and that makes her all the more irresistible.

Hartley doesn’t want him. She says he needs to grow up.

She might be right.

Rivals. Rules. Regrets. For the first time in Easton’s life, wearing a Royal crown isn’t enough. He’s about to learn that the higher you start, the harder you fall.

Review
Wow, just wow.
I couldn't wait for Easton's story, and I'm happy to say that I've loved it!
This story was gripping and intoxicating as the previous ones, and I might be addicted to this series, definitely.

First of all, we have to remember that the Royals are always the Royals, so to simply put it, kind of messed up.
Easton had a difficult upbringing, addicted to drugs and alcohol since he was a young adolescence and now the situation isn't much better. His behaviour is really telling, as he himself explain later in the book.
We can't say that Easton is a normal kid, because he is not. He is spoilt, he makes many mistakes, he is irresponsible, doesn't think before speaking, but he is also sweet, he tries to do his best even if failing...he's absolutely not a bad guy, it's just that his life has not been easy, and unfortunately he wasn't lucky enough to be left unscarred from it.

Hartley is great for Easton, she has a good influence on him, but her life has not been uneventful.
Her family situation might be even worse than the Royals's one, and this is saying something.
I really liked her, she is a strong girl, knows her heart and mind. She's also capable of forgiving, which is a foundamental virtue to have when hanging out with Easton.
It was interesting to see her interaction with Easton, diffident at the beginning, then more and more open after getting to know him.

The secondary characters, as always, made this story even more interesting and captivating! In particular I don't have words to describe Felicia, I thought that Jordan was the worst, but Felicia might win the award...

I don't want to spoiler anything because this series must be read blindsided to have the full experience. But I just want to say that Fallen Heir is full of surprises, twists and a final cliffhanger that ahhhh, left me open mouthed and desperate to read Cracked Kingdom!

So, if you are familiar with this series, you won't want to miss this great addition, and if it's the first time you hear of it... well, what are you waiting for? Go buy every book of this series and be prepared to be sucked into the crazy life of the Royals!
